Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger
- Perform bank reconciliations, ensure accuracy, proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Handle petty cash payments and reimbursement
- Perform regular account closing processes and ensure timely reporting
- Provide support during audits
- Supervise and guide junior accounts staff
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Able to handle full sets of account
- At least 3 to 5 years in accounting field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Working hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm, alternate Sat 8.30am – 1.00pm
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Experience in SME environment or service-based industries
- Familiarity with SQL accounting software
- Proficiency in Mandarin
- Immediately available
