Job Description
Location: KL Valley
Basic Salary: RM2,600
Salary Up to RM4,000++ per month (including OT and applicable allowances)
- Supervise and lead the outlet team.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Monitor daily operations and staff performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and service quality standards.
- Prepare basic reports for management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Experience in the F&B or customer service industry is an advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Responsible, proactive and a good team player.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
