We are looking for an IT Solutions Developer to build and improve applications, integrations and digital tools that support our retail, warehouse and business operations. You will work directly with users from different departments, understand their operational challenges and turn their requirements into practical technical solutions.

This role is suitable for someone who is hands-on, curious about AI-assisted development and comfortable working across both software and business processes.

What You Will Do

1. Develop web applications, APIs, dashboards and internal systems that improve business operations and productivity.
2. Manage the full development cycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to testing, deployment and ongoing support.
3. Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor or GitHub Copilot to accelerate development while ensuring the final code is secure, accurate and maintainable.
4. Develop and maintain integrations between ERP, WMS, POS, CRM and other business systems.
5. Build data pipelines, file-import processes and API integrations, including data validation, monitoring and error handling.
6. Work closely with warehouse, retail, procurement, finance and other teams to identify needs and recommend suitable solutions.
7. Participate in project discussions, sprint planning, user testing and solution reviews.
8. Explain technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical users.

What We Are Looking For

1. Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience in web application development, API development or business-system integration.
3. Working knowledge of databases, data processing and application troubleshooting.
4. Familiarity with modern software-development practices and version-control tools.
5. Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
6. Able to review AI-generated code critically instead of relying on it without validation.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into workable solutions.
8. Good communication skills and confidence working with users from different departments.
9. Experience with ERP, WMS, POS or CRM systems would be an advantage.
10. Experience in the retail, warehousing or logistics industries would be an added advantage.
