Job Description
Responsibilities
-Assist the Leasing Department in handling tenancy matters
-Prepare and issue Letters of Offer (LOO) to tenants
-Follow up on tenancy documentation, including agreements and signing processes
-Coordinate with solicitors and other relevant parties to ensure smooth tenancy execution
-Maintain and update tenancy records and documentation accurately
-Support the Marketing/Leasing team in handling tenant inquiries and coordination activities
Requirement
-Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field
-Below 30 years old (in line with Protege programme eligibility)
-Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (written & -spoken)
-Computer literate (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, etc.)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Detail-oriented and well-organized
