Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, develop, and onboard new business partners such as hotels, resorts, airlines, tour operators, and travel service providers
  2. Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing, and commissions with suppliers
  3. Manage and grow existing partner relationships to maximize revenue and retention
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify new opportunities
  5. Work closely with marketing and product teams to support promotions, campaigns, and new product launches
  6. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and partnership acquisition targets
  7. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management
  8. Monitor partner performance and optimize offerings based on sales data and KPIs
  9. Attend industry events, trade fairs, and networking sessions when required

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
  2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in OTA, travel, or hospitality industry is an advantage)
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  4. Good understanding of online travel platforms, booking systems, and travel products
  5. Results‑oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); GDS system experience is a plus
  8. Willingness to travel when required


Preferred Skills

  1. Experience dealing with hotels, airlines, or travel suppliers
  2. Knowledge of regional or international travel markets
  3. Ability to analyse sales performance and conversion metrics
  4. Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
